Personal Training:

Throughout a 45 minute session I cover a full body workout involving cardio and weight training. Through these workouts I aim for my clients to lose weight as well as build muscle.
​

Workouts run in 6 week rotations, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
​

Athletic Training:
Through vigorous workouts athletes will will be pushed to improve upon agility, explosion, strength, and speed.
Workouts are also designed to improve mental attitude, core, and balance.
